Right when new negotiations on state reform are getting underway, Brussels, which is their central stake, seems to have been swept away from the talks.

Yet for our city-region and capital, the deadlines are getting closer and closer in terms of culture, education, social, budgetary, communautary and international challenges.

Many of us feel the difficulty in impacting the course of affairs within our system of elective democracy.

Two years after the Citizens' Forum of Brussels and one year of the first Citizen university, we feel necessary to establish the tradition of seeing each other again right after our holidays and try to think out how to shape our future citizen actions.

Aula Magna therefore organises on Saturday, September 3rd, a second edition of its Brussels Summer University (at the FUSL, Boulevard du Jardin Botanique 43, 1000 Brussels).
